Funding Form Terms & Conditions: KOPENAS Berhad Management reserves the right to change any terms and conditions without notice. All applications will be considered based on salary eligibility not exceeding 60% of the salary slip. All applications must use the KOPENAS Form. The form that has been reviewed complete with the necessary document information will be processed for approval at the KOPENAS Berhad Sub-Committee (JKK) meeting every month for approval.

Membership Terms & Conditions: KOPENAS Berhad Management reserves the right to change any terms and conditions without notice. Applicant
only for Ministry of Education Malaysia (KPM) staff only. All applications must use the Form
KOPENAS. The form sent must be complete with the required documents along with RM20 in cash as a registration fee. The application process is within 14 working days.
