Basic Eligibility Requirements
- Active member, no outstanding fee
- Members contribute RM20.00 per year (Deducted from the Collected Annual Fee) to the Group Charitable Fund through KOPENAS
- Members must be KOPENAS members for 36 months (3 years) continuously

Terms of application for Member’s and Heirs Mutual Benevolent Application:
Members needs to complete Mutual Benevolent Application Form and provide below supporting documents:
- Anggota perlu membuat permohonan Khairat Kematian tidak melebihi 6 bulan daripada tarikh sijil kematian dikeluarkan.
- 1 copy of Death Certificate
- 1 copy of Married Certificate (if the deceased is a spouse)
- 1 copy of Applicant’s Birth Certificate (Heir) if the deceased is a parents
- 1 copy of Birth Certificate and Adoption Verification Letter if it involves an adopted child
- 1 copy of MyCard of applicant (heir)
- 1 copy of Applicant (heir) bank account number for payment process
- All copies must be certified by Employer/Pegerusi/Setiausaha Kawasan/Pegawai Kumpulan A or Penghulu
Terms of Application for Members Permanent Disabilities:
Members needs to complete Tabung Khairat Application Form and provide below supporting documents:
- Anggota perlu membuat permohonan Khairat Kematian tidak melebihi 6 bulan daripada tarikh surat pengesahan kesihatan yang mengesahkan keilatan kekal anggota tidak berkeupayaan dikeluarkan.
- 1 copy of Health Verification Letter confirming the permanent disability of member
- 1 copy of member’s MyKad
- 1 copy of spouse’s MyKad and Marriage Certificate if the spouse is incapacitated
- All copies must be certified by Employer/Pegerusi/Setiausaha Kawasan/Pegawai Kumpulan A or Penghulu
