  • Semua salinan dokumen yang dikemukakan hendaklah disahkan oleh Majikan/Pengerusi/Setiausaha Kawasan/Pegawai Kumpulan ‘A’ Atau Penghulu.

  • Sila sedia maklum bahawa sebarang permohonan adalah tertakluk kepada anggota KOPENAS yang berdaftar sahaja. Sekiranya anda belum lagi menjadi Anggota, sila daftar di bahagian ‘Log Masuk - Daftar Anggota’ terlebih dahulu. Funding Form Terms & Conditions: KOPENAS Berhad Management reserves the right to change any terms and conditions without notice. All applications will be considered based on salary eligibility not exceeding 60% of the salary slip. All applications must use the KOPENAS Form. The form that has been reviewed complete with the necessary document information will be processed for approval at the KOPENAS Berhad Sub-Committee (JKK) meeting every month for approval.

Welfare Form Terms & Conditions: KOPENAS Berhad Management reserves the right to change any terms and conditions without notice. All
applications must use the KOPENAS Form. The submitted form must be complete with supporting documents
is required. The application process is within 14 working days.

Membership Terms & Conditions: KOPENAS Berhad Management reserves the right to change any terms and conditions without notice. Applicant
only for Ministry of Education Malaysia (KPM) staff only. All applications must use the Form
KOPENAS. The form sent must be complete with the required documents along with RM20 in cash as a registration fee. The application process is within 14 working days.
