You need to fill in the KOPENAS membership form and the ANGKASA form and also include a copy of the identity card, two months' copy of the latest salary slip certified by the employer and a registration fee of RM20.00 (RM10.00 registration fee and RM10.00 shares) (Please contact the head office KOPENAS to get the ANGKASA form)

Yuran bulanan asas keahlian KOPENAS terdiri daripada RM30.00 (Simpanan) dan RM10.00 (Kebajikan)
